留学生担当の紹介　Introduction

留学生担当は、法学部、法学政治学研究科に在籍する約100名の留学生を総合的に幅広くサポートしています。具体的には、入学希望者からの問い合わせに答えることから始まって、研究生入学手続き、オリエンテーション、学業や生活に関するアドバイス、ビザ関連の手続き、寮・奨学金・イベントの応募手続き、進学や就職に関する情報提供などを行っています。また、学生同士の交流を深め、日本をよく知ってもらうことを目的に、留学生懇親会、社会見学会、日本語勉強会などを開催しています。

The International Student Adviser provides overall support for approximately 100 international students enrolled in either the Faculty of Law or the Graduate Schools for Law for Politics. Specifically, we deal with matters such as answering questions about admission, processing the enrollment of Research Students, organizing orientations, offering advice about study and daily life, processing visa-related paper work as well as applications for housing, scholarships, events, and providing information about graduate school and jobs. In addition, we aim to enhance the mutual understanding among students and deepen students’ knowledge of Japan by organizing parties, social studies visits, and Japanese language study groups.
